A dog is a person’s best friend. We treat our dogs like any other part of the family. While everyone is off at work and school, the dog may be alone at home. Pawsabilities can change that. Pawsabilities believes in providing fun, quality care in an exclusive environment as a doggy daycare. As a branch of HOPE Agency, Pawsabilities encourages all to set goals for themselves. HOPE Agency Des Moines empowers those with special needs to enjoy independent, productive lives. This doggy daycare will consist of learning the daily needs of how to take care of a dog while also having fun. Most dogs have lots of energy and at Pawsabilities, the dog will be the star of the show. Do they need their nails trimmed? We got it covered. What about an extra walk or treat for the pup? We do that too. Pawsabilities is not only a place for dogs to grow, but humans too. Our doggy daycare will foster that fun aspect as well as hard work. We are opening up our doggy daycare to high schoolers as this will allow them to hold responsibilities and learn how to care for an animal. Our qualified full-time staff that will undergo training to keep up to date with best practices. Our participants from HOPE Agency will be able to volunteer at the shelter, making connections with the workers and the dogs. This will allow some individuals to seek responsibility and learn to care for animals. This new and upcoming project needs help getting off the ground and into action.
